My favorite power bank yet: the Anker Powercore 10000

This post isn’t a result of the European electronic ban.  Electronic ban or not, it has become a necessity to sport a battery pack or external battery or power bank -however you’d like to call it- as our phones keep being drained by the nonstop slew of data and processing that we put them through.  The Anker Powercore 10000 has been a great addition to my travelling backpack.  I’ve gotten three full charges on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge out of it with a little to spare.  Additionally its thin design makes it easy to carry around and to fit anywhere, even your pocket.

I’ve found that it takes about between 1-1.5 hours to charge from -25% while using the phone, either on a call or browsing.  However, it’s very quick to charge when turned off, which is what I do mostly: 30-45 minutes.

In conclusion, I can vouch that this power bank has been the best one I’ve had yet, with the best combination of fast charging vs. its own charging vs. design, at a very reasonable price.  Don’t find yourself with no discharged in a charged world.
